Kashayam to cure cold, fever and dry cough – home remedy for dry cough and cold in Tamil

Kashayam with tulasi leaves, pepper corns, cloves and elaichi.

for 1 serving add 1 and 1/2 glass water, tulasi leaves 10, 1/2 tsp pepper corns, 1 clove, 1 cardamom, 1 tsp jaggery powder / 1 tsp honey. clean wash the tulasi leaves add 1 and 1/2 glass of water in a sauce pan add washed leaves, crushed pepper corns, cloves and cardamom boil for 5 – 10 mins add jaggery powder and mix well switch off and let it steep for 5 mins serve hot drink after breakfast and before bed for 3 days you will get better results for fever cold and cough

Tap it dry Pound the leaves in a mortar and pestle and extract juice

Strain and add honey 2 tsp and mix well.

Dosage of Kashayam – 1 tsp of kashayam is enough for babies for good result.
