Spicy potato Kurma for chapati or rice. This Kurma is little different than normal Kurma I have not added much coconuts but for the Kurma people add more coconut to get the thickness. But instead I prepared the Kurma paste with a little coconut, fennel and khus khus. And also I have added kalpasi / black stone flower which gives nice flavour to the Kurma. This Kurma goes well with chapati, naan and even with rice. Do try this Kurma and comment me out.
