Spicy prawn gravy one of my favorite recipe. Learnt from my mom usually she keep this with dal and rasam. This spicy prawn gravy can be had with rice, chapati, idly or dosa, it goes well with all the dishes. And it tastes more the next day. There are different methods in doing this prawn gravy but this time I marinated the prawns and fried separately before adding it to the gravy. Marination is done so that the masala gets deep inside the prawn so the gravy tastes good with the juicy and spicy prawns.
