Take 5-6 Fresh Karpooravalli Leaves /Mexican mint leaves pick without any insect bites.

Wash it thoroughly a couple of times.

Tap it dry Pound the leaves in a mortar and pestle and extract juice

Strain and add honey 2 tsp and mix well.

Dosage of Kashayam – 1 tsp of kashayam is enough for babies for good result.

It should be taken on empty stomach and do not feed anything for atleast 10 mins.

If the kashayam is too much concentrated dilute with warm water.
