Stuffed garlic chapati | For lactating mom's

Ingredients
  

  • Left over chapati dough
  • 10-15 Garlic cloves / பூண்டு பற்கள் Peeled
  • 1 Tsp Idly podi Or required
  • Salt Required
  • Oil required

Method
 

  1. Peel 10 - 15 garlic cloves add it into mortar
  2. Crush finely or grind it in a mixie jar.
  3. Add little salt for taste
  4. Roll out chapati thinly
  5. Add a spoon of garlic paste and jus spread it with the spoon. The amount of garlic is upto you.
  6. Fold chapati lengthwise add oil if needed
  7. Fold again to a traingular shape and roll it thinly as possible
  8. Preheat tawa
  9. Add the rolled out chapati and cook
  10. Turn sides and cook apply oil on both sides
  11. Stuffed garlic chapati is ready
  12. You can also do a spicy version of stuffed chapati. Roll as usual thinly
  13. Add garlic and spread
  14. Add a tsp of spicy idly powder jus sprinkle it all over the surface
  15. Add oil drops if needed. Fold again as previously said and and roll it thinly as possible.
  16. Add to tawa and cook
  17. Add oil and turn sides. Once done transfer to a plate.
  18. Garlic stuffed chapati is ready.
  19. I served with onion pepper masala.
