Method
- Chop all veggies
- Grind ginger and garlic to fine paste
- In a pan add 2 tsp ghee
- Add 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Add 2 green chilly cut lengthwise
- Add few curry leaves
- Add 2 onion chopped
- Add ginger garlic paste
- Add fresh peas and saute
- Add chopped carrots
- Add chopped potato. You can add veg of your kids choice.
- Add 2 glass rice soaked for 1/2 an hour.
- Add 5 glass water totally. For each glass rice 2 and 1/2 glass water. Allow to boil and check for salt.
- Transfer to a vessel to pressure cook.
- Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
- Once the pressure subsides open and serve.
- Healthy and quick vegetable pulao is ready to serve.
