In a heavy bottomed vessel add 3-4 tbsp oil
Add mace
Add clove
Add bay leaves
Add cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Add mustard seeds
Add few channa dal
Add few urad dal
Add 3-4 chopped onion
Add chopped ginger
Add chopped garlic
Add cut 2 green chilly. Saute everything well.
Add capsicum
Add carrots. Also add veg of your choice
Add mint leaves
Add curry leaves
Add chopped cabbage saute well.
Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
Add required salt.
Add already prepared Gobi 65 or chicken pakoda or chicken 65
Add cooked rice 4 cups. You can also use left over rice.
Add coriander leaves now
Give a quick stir but gently
Gobi masala fried rice is ready to serve.
