Method
- I took about 40-50 gms green cardamom.
- Add it to a pan
- Dry roast in low flame
- It takes about 7-8 mins
- When it turns light brown take a pod and press it will break with a sound.
- It is ready now cool down and add it to mixie jar.
- Grind to coarse or fine powder.
- Cool it for some time
- Transfer immediately to a air tight container.
- Cardamom powder is ready.
Notes
Use a dry spoon for every time use
Also make sure you close the container properly
Always make it in small batches so that it's fresh when used
