Method
 

  1. I took about 40-50 gms green cardamom.
  2. Add it to a pan
  3. Dry roast in low flame
  4. It takes about 7-8 mins
  5. When it turns light brown take a pod and press it will break with a sound.
  6. It is ready now cool down and add it to mixie jar.
  7. Grind to coarse or fine powder.
  8. Cool it for some time
  9. Transfer immediately to a air tight container.
  10. Cardamom powder is ready.

Notes

Use a dry spoon for every time use
Also make sure you close the container properly
Always make it in small batches so that it's fresh when used
