Capsicum rice

Method
 

  1. In a pan add 2 tsp oil
  2. Add chopped 1 green chilly. You can also add red chilly to replace green chilly.
  3. Add finely chopped onion and saute till transparent.
  4. Add required salt and stir till mixes.
  5. Add finely chopped capsicum and saute well
  6. I bought red and yellow capsicum
  7. Add 1 bowl cooked rice for serving 1 person
  8. Add 1 tsp pepper powder and stir well.
  9. Mix everything well in a high flame this will gives you a smoky effect.
  10. Top up with fresh curry leaves and coriander leaves and serve.
