Method
- In a pan add 2 tsp oil
- Add chopped 1 green chilly. You can also add red chilly to replace green chilly.
- Add finely chopped onion and saute till transparent.
- Add required salt and stir till mixes.
- Add finely chopped capsicum and saute well
- I bought red and yellow capsicum
- Add 1 bowl cooked rice for serving 1 person
- Add 1 tsp pepper powder and stir well.
- Mix everything well in a high flame this will gives you a smoky effect.
- Top up with fresh curry leaves and coriander leaves and serve.
