Take 2 cups wheat flour
Add 1 tsp salt
Add 2 tsp ajwain or omam
Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Add 2 tsp kashmiri red chilly powder
Mix everything well by hands
Add 1 tsp curd
Add water little by little and knead dough
Knead for long time for soft parathas
Give rest for at least half an hour
Take a small ball sized dough
Flatten it
Add oil and spread all over
Fold into a half circle
Add oil again and spread. Fold into triangle shape
Dust flour and flatten again
Preheat tawa
Cook on medium flame
Apply oil if you prefer
Ajwain ka paratha is ready. Serve with raita.
