Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Big Beetroot
  • 1 Medium Apple
  • 2 Small Carrots
  • 3 Tbsp Grated coconuts
  • 3-4 Cardamon / ஏலக்காய்

Method
 

  1. Wash and cut all fruits and vegetables Do not peel the apple skin. Peel beetroot and cut. Peel carrot and cut. Grate coconut.
  2. In a blender add beetroot
  3. Add carrots
  4. Add apple
  5. Add grated coconut
  6. Add cardamon cloves it gives nice flavor. If you don't like the raw smell.
  7. Grind everything well and strain it. Again add some water and grind and strain well
  8. Have this 1 glass daily in the morning.
  9. Healthy drink for the whole family.
