Method
- Wash and cut all fruits and vegetables Do not peel the apple skin. Peel beetroot and cut. Peel carrot and cut. Grate coconut.
- In a blender add beetroot
- Add carrots
- Add apple
- Add grated coconut
- Add cardamon cloves it gives nice flavor. If you don't like the raw smell.
- Grind everything well and strain it. Again add some water and grind and strain well
- Have this 1 glass daily in the morning.
- Healthy drink for the whole family.
