Method
 

  1. Dry ginger, coriander seeds 2 tsp, pepper 1 tsp, 5 cardamom pods.
  2. Dry roast coriander seeds till nice aroma comes and transfer to bowl.
  3. Dry roast pepper corns till nice aroma transfer to bowl
  4. Break ginger and crush it and then dry roast.
  5. Dry roast alongwith cardamom.
  6. Cool the roasted ingredients.
  7. Add to a mixie jar grind to coarse powder.
  8. Sukku malli powder is ready.
  9. Transfer to a bowl cool down completely and immediately transfer to a air tight container.
  10. To make coffee add 2 glass water.
  11. Add 1/2-3/4 th tsp ground powder.
  12. It's according to your spice level
  13. Add 1/2 tsp instant coffee powder it is completely optional but it gives nice taste.
  14. Add 2 tsp jaggery or karupatti or palm sugar
  15. Boil till 2-3 mins and switch off.
  16. Rest for a min
  17. Strain and serve
  18. Healthy and spicy sukku malli coffee is ready to serve.
