Instructions
 

  • I took about 40-50 gms green cardamom.
  • Add it to a pan
  • Dry roast in low flame
  • It takes about 7-8 mins
  • When it turns light brown take a pod and press it will break with a sound.
  • It is ready now cool down and add it to mixie jar.
  • Grind to coarse or fine powder.
  • Cool it for some time
  • Transfer immediately to a air tight container.
  • Cardamom powder is ready.

Notes

Use a dry spoon for every time use
Also make sure you close the container properly
Always make it in small batches so that it's fresh when used
