Instructions
I took about 40-50 gms green cardamom.
Add it to a pan
Dry roast in low flame
It takes about 7-8 mins
When it turns light brown take a pod and press it will break with a sound.
It is ready now cool down and add it to mixie jar.
Grind to coarse or fine powder.
Cool it for some time
Transfer immediately to a air tight container.
Cardamom powder is ready.
Notes
Use a dry spoon for every time use
Also make sure you close the container properly
Always make it in small batches so that it's fresh when used
