In a mixie jar blend onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies, coriander leaves, lime juice and water if required to prepare masala paste to marinate chicken with
Mix chicken with salt, pepper, garam masala, dried fenugreek, chaat masala, plain thick curd, and blended masala paste
Marinate chicken for 2 hours / refrigerate
Place a frying pan on the stove add oil. Fry in cooking oil for 12-15 minutes. Turn side and cook well.
Remove the fried chicken from heat and set aside.
In a pan, add oil and add blended masala paste along with cream (optional) and cook well till the raw smell goes of and oil separates. Now add the fried chicken to the pan and mix well till the masala coats well in the chicken.
Cook for 10 minutes on low heat and stir occasionally
Afghani chicken... Ready to serve!
