Instructions
Cut all vegetables
For masala paste add 2 tbsp fried gram dal to a mixie jar
Add1 tsp fennel seeds
Add 1 tsp khus khus
First grind to powder then add water and grind smoothly keep aside.
In a pan add oil and add all the spices one by one.
Saute the spices for a min in medium flame.
Add curry leaves and onion
Add tomatoes and add the cut tomatoes.
Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Add 1 tsp salt
Add 2 tsp chilly powder
Add 1 tsp coriander powder
Add cut vegetables and 2 glass water and close lid and cook. Cook till veg is done.
Add ground masala paste to the gravy.
Allow to boil for 5 mins
Veg kurma is ready.
