Boil 4-5 potatoes and peel the skin
Mash them finely
In a pan add 1 tsp butter
Add few curry leaves
Add 1 finely chopped onion saute well
Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Add mashed potatoes
Add 1 tsp salt
Add 2 tsp kashmiri red chilly powder
Mix and saute till masala binds
Take a ball sized chapati dough
Dust flour and flatten well
Take 1/2 tsp any variety of pickle of your choice.
Spread it on the surface
Take a ball of the prepared potato stuffing
Make pleats of the edges to the centre
Press gently
Dust flour and roll again flat gently
Flatten as thinly as possible
Preheat tawa and add rolled out chapati
Cook both sides in low flame apply oil
Pickled aloo paratha is ready to serve
