2 and 1/2 for each glass rice
Instructions
Chop all veggies
Grind ginger and garlic to fine paste
In a pan add 2 tsp ghee
Add 1 tsp cumin seeds
Add 2 green chilly cut lengthwise
Add few curry leaves
Add 2 onion chopped
Add ginger garlic paste
Add fresh peas and saute
Add chopped carrots
Add chopped potato. You can add veg of your kids choice.
Add 2 glass rice soaked for 1/2 an hour.
Add 5 glass water totally. For each glass rice 2 and 1/2 glass water. Allow to boil and check for salt.
Transfer to a vessel to pressure cook.
Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
Once the pressure subsides open and serve.
Healthy and quick vegetable pulao is ready to serve.
