Instructions
Keep all ingredients ready wash them and pat dry.
Peel skin of mango and turmeric cut into small pieces.
Add it to a bowl
Add 1 tsp salt
Add cut green chilly
Add 1/2 lemon juice
Add 1 tsp kashmiri red chilly powder.
Mix everything well
In a small wok add 2 tsp sesame oil
Add 1 tsp mustard seeds wait till splutters and then add curry leaves.
Switch off and then add to the pickle. Mix well and serve. You can also give a rest time of 3-4 hours or overnight.
Tumeric root mango pickle is ready goes well with curd rice or roti.
