In a plate or bowl add 2 tsp corn flour
Add 2 tsp chilly powder and required salt
Add water and make fine paste
Coat the paneer cubes with the masala
Cut capsicum into square shapes, cut onions into half and cut into X shape and peel each petals. Similarly cut tomatoes into square or rec shapes.
Soak 10-12 red chilly in hot water.
In a bowl add chilly and pour hot water.
In a pan add oil
Add paneer cubes in batches and fry them. Keep aside.
In the same pan add 1 inch ginger chopped
10-12 garlic cloves
Add 2 chopped onion and saute well
Once the onion changes color switch off.
Cool down completely and add to a mixie jar
Add soaked red chilly along with water.
Grind to fine paste. Keep aside.
In a pan add oil
Add ground paste
Add 2 chopped tomatoes for the gravy.
Add required salt.
Add chilly powder if needed
Add square shaped tomatoes now
Add cut capsicum I got red and yellow.
Saute well. As the capsicum is thick add some water and cook.
Sprinkle a little water and allow to boil.
Once the gravy becomes thickened.
Add fried paneer and mix gently.
Chilly paneer gravy is ready to serve.
