Instructions
 

  • In a vessel add 3 glass of water.
  • Wash a inch big ginger grate it with skin into the water.
  • Wash garlic with skin and crush add it to the boiling water.
  • Add a cup or 4-5 tbsp of palm jaggery or a regular jaggery you have at home.
  • Boil everything in low flame for 15 mins or till it reduces to half.
  • Once it comes to rolling boil simmer it.
  • Switch off and close with a lid.
  • Let it steep for 15 mins.
  • Now after 15 mins open a very nice aroma comes from the prepared drink.
  • Strain it well before you serve.
  • You can give this to kids or old people with diabetes. It's a good immunity booster drink for the whole family.
  • Prevention is better than cure. Try this immunity booster drink.

Notes

Watch immunity booster drink
If you don't have jaggery at home add honey before serving. Do not add honey in hot drink add only after the drink cools down a bit.
