Grated carrots 1 cup
Took 1/4 cup grated coconuts
Took 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk powder
Cashews and raisins
3 tbsp ghee
cloves, cardamom and food color
In a pan add ghee and roast cashews and raisins. Transfer to a plate.
In the same pan add grated carrots and saute till raw smell goes off.
Add grated coconuts and saute well.
Meanwhile powder sugar, cloves, cardamom in a mixie jar.
Add the ground sugar mixture to the pan and saute well
Add milk powder and saute well.
Sugar dissolves and combine well. Add a tsp ghee and saute well. Add food color it is completely optional.
Once it starts leaving the pan add roasted cashews and raisins. Once done transfer to a plate and cool down the mixture.
Once cooled down start shaping ladoos.
Keep a cashew in each laddoo.
Yummy carrot laddoo is ready to serve.
