Wheat almond ladoo very simple and more tasty ladoos. Wheat almond ladoo is a healthy snack as it contains wheat fibre and the benefits of almonds. You can feed your toddler with this ladoo. As it contains almonds lactating moms can have this ladoo one in the morning and one in the evening for boosting their milk supply.

Almonds deliver a massive amount of nutrients, almonds are loaded with antioxidants, almonds are high in vitamin E which protects our cell membrane from damage, almonds can assist with blood sugar, almonds can also lower cholesterol, it maintains good skin health. It also helps in weight loss so lactating moms can have this to get enough nutrients and loss weight in healthy way. It also helps them maintain bone and dental health.

Almonds are also a rich source of folic acid, a tablet which is given to pregnant women from her first trimester contains this folic acid. Natural way of getting folic acid is by eating almonds. You can have this as extra source of folic acid.

Instructions
  1. Keep all ingredients ready. 1 cup wheat flour, 1 small cup sugar and almonds.
  2. Dry roast almonds in a pan.
  3. Cool completely and grind to coarse powder in a mixie jar.
  4. The almond powder is ready now.
  5. In the same mixie jar grind sugar to fine powder.
  6. Dry roast wheat flour in a pan in low flame.
  7. Keep on stiring do not burn them. Roast for minimum of 5 mins.
  8. Add ground almond powder to the pan. Mix well continuously for 2 mins. Almonds may leave fat oil stir well.
  9. After 2 mins add sugar powder.
  10. Add 1/2 tsp cardamon powder. Mix everything well for 2 mins and switch off.
  11. Transfer the mixture to a plate.
  12. Add ghee little by little to a part if the mixture and mix by hands
  13. Start preparing ladoo in the mixed ghee part.
  14. Prepare ladoos while it is still hot otherwise it may not combine well. Repeat adding ghee a part by part and prepare other ladoos.
  15. Wheat almond ladoo is ready to serve.
  16. You can prepare this ladoo for any occasions like ganesh chathurthi, Diwali etc.
Recipe Notes

Important instructions to follow

  1. Roast almonds well in low flame
  2. Do not grind almonds too much it leaves oil, so grind gently in pulse mode
  3. Dry roast wheat flour, sieve it before roasting and take away any impurities
  4. Grind sugar finely
  5. Do not roast almond powder more than 2 mins in the pan. It becomes hard or it leaves oil and stick to the pan.
  6. Add cardamon powder it gives nice flavor
  7. Add ghee little by little and prepare ladoos while it is still hot.
  8. Otherwise it will not combine.
