Veg salad for chapati | Weight loss recipe

Veg salad side dish for chapati is for people who struggle to lose weight even when they or on diet. And people those who cannot reduce the tummy fat but reduce weight all over. As this recipe is raw it contains no oil and we should make chapati also without oil. Eat 2 rotis with this side dish daily for dinner. Do not sleep immediately after eating. Give a gap for at least 2 hours after you eat dinner. You can also add other vegetables that can be eaten raw to this salad. You can include fresh cucumber, and top up with mint leaves also. Your tummy will get reduced at least a size in 1 month.

  1. Keep Ingredients needed ready.
  2. Grate carrots, chop onion finely into small pieces. Clean and cut coriander leaves.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice in onion separately add 1/2 tsp salt to the onion and mix by clean hands. Now mix all the onion with grated carrots and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve it with fulka chapati or roti(without oil).
