How to make delicious vegetable fried rice at home?
Mixed vegetables fried rice with tomato sauce will taste extremely good. I often prepare this with the leftover rice of afternoon and do it for dinner. Everyone like this veg fried rice. The flavor of pepper with the authentic smell of basmati rice was excellent. You can feed this to toddlers who miss out the vegetables.
I made this recipe very simple. Other than rice, veggies and pepper powder I din add anything else.

Instructions
  1. Keep a pan in the stove and heat well
  2. Add 2 tsp oil. As we are going to do fried rice we need only high flame.
  3. Once the oil is heated well.
  4. Add 1 chopped onion and stir well.
  5. Add curry leaves and mix.
  6. Add chopped cabbage and saute in high flame.
  7. Add finely chopped carrots.
  8. Mix everything well.
  9. Add freshly chopped beans.
  10. Add 1 tsp salt for veggies
  11. Mix all the veggies till the salt mix.
  12. Add 2 tsp pepper powder.
  13. Add 1 tsp salt for rice.
  14. Add 1 cup leftover rice or cooked basmati rice for extra flavor.
  15. Soak basmati rice before cooking to get lengthy grains.
  16. Mix everything well gently.
  17. Keep in high flame till the end.
  18. Once everything blends well garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
  19. Veg fried rice is ready to serve.
