Sweet ammini kozhukattai

Sweet ammini kozhukattai or mini kozhukattai or Mani kozhukattai is one of the dish prepared during Vinayagar chaturthi in south India mainly in Tamil nadu. Sesame seeds recipe are mainly offered to God during any rituals or any offering to God.

During Ganesh chaturthi we prepare this mini kozhukattai both in sweet and spicy version both tastes very authentic. We add jaggery, sesame seeds and grated coconuts to this sweet kozhukattai. Each ingredient have its own taste. And we usually prepare rice flour at home so the kozhukattai tastes very very good and soft. My MIL and my husband both like sweet version as well as spicy version.
