Instructions
  1. Prepare dough for making chapati, or use any leftover chapati dough
  2. Take a ball sized dough dust flour and flatten it
  3. Flatten thin and smooth
  4. Apply oil all over the surface
  5. Add idly podi/ curry leaves podi spread all over
  6. Add more podi if you want spicy
  7. Fold from one side
  8. Apply oil on the folded surface
  9. Fold it again like a triangular shape
  10. Dust flour and press gently
  11. Flatten it again thinly
  12. Place on a hot tawa
  13. Apply oil and Cook both sides
  14. Stuffed podi chapati is ready now
