Spicy and crispy tomato dosa with leftover dosa batter, tomato , red chilly and cumin seeds. Colourful tomato dosa everyone likes to see a different varieties of dosa and also to taste them. Today I did tomato dosa and served with coconut chutney. Everyone in our family got bored of eating the same dosa and idly which is white in color so let’s make a change. Try it out and comment me.

Tomato is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. It also serves in reducing cholesterol. You can feed your children with tomato dosa but omit chilly or reduce the amount of spiciness.

Instructions
  1. Chop 1 tomato, take 2 red chilly, 1 tsp cumin seeds.
  2. Grind the ingredients in mixie to a smooth paste. Do not add water.
  3. Add the tomato paste to the dosa batter. Mix well keep aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Keep a tawa in stove and preheat. Pour required amount of dosa batter and flatten it in circular motion.
  5. Apply oil and cook on both sides in the low flame.
  6. Once dosa became crispy and brown color transfer it to a plate.
  7. Spicy tomato dosa is ready to serve with coconut chutney.
  8. Tomato flavor and red chilly color is tempting to taste it.
