If you want crispier fry it in low flame for atleast 15 minutes. But if you are rushing out to office just give a mix and fry in high flame for 5 minutes and your dish is ready.Try this recipe and comment me.

Ingredients
- 5 potatoes medium sized Pressure cook
- 2 Big onion / பெரிய வெங்காயம் Chopped Length wise
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder / மல்லித்தூள்
- 2 tsp Chilly Powder / மிளகாய் தூள்
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder / சீரகத் தூள்
- 1 bunch Curry Leaves / கறிவேப்பிலை
- 1 bunch Coriander Leaves / கொத்துமல்லி தழை To Granish

Instructions
- Pressure cook potato for 2 whistles exactly.
- Peel them and cut into small pieces.
- Cut onion lengthwise finely
- Take a heavy bottomed vessel as we are going to deep fry.
- Add oil to the vessel sprinkle mustard seeds when it starts spluttering add cumin seeds.
- Add curry leaves
- Add onion fry till onion becomes little brown in color
- Add cut potatoes to the onion.
- Add turmeric powder a pinch, chilly powder 1tbsp, coriander powder half a tbsp and jeera powder half a tbsp.
- Add salt as per your taste and give a quick stir to coat all the masala and salt evenly.
- Keep in low flame and stir it by adding little oil so that it doesn’t burnt.
- Now the potatoes are cooked well, make a extra stir in low flame for crispiness.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
