My hubby likes fried recipe of my preparation, so he asked me to try it with the poha this time as we have poha upma every night and got bored.

You can also top up with squeezed lemon juice on the poha as it helps in improving iron absorption. Lactating women needs that extra iron in her diet apart from pills to recover from the heavy blood loss during the delivery. And also to provide her little one with iron rich breast milk.
