Pepper Chicken
Pepper chicken without oil
  1. Clean chicken add turmeric powder and rinse.
  2. In a pan add chicken and toss well. The chicken leaves some water. Let it cook in it.
  3. See the water comes out from the chicken. Add ginger garlic paste to it.
  4. Close the pan and cook for 10 minutes or till the chicken is cooked.
  5. Meanwhile in other vessel add ghee and roast the onion till golden brown.
  6. The onion has fried transfer to a plate.
  7. Add freshly ground pepper to the chicken. If you add it in the beginning it will stick to the pan. Now give a quick stir so that the pepper coats evenly.
  8. Add fried onion to the chicken and stir well.
  9. Keep flame high so that the extra water evaporates and the chicken becomes dry.Add curry leaves now.
  10. The pepper chicken is ready to serve.

Note: We have not even added a single drop of oil. This recipe is very healthy and the people those who are in diet can have this with roti.
