Onion rava dhosa planned to do yesterday night but could not do but I did it today morning. And when I was assembling all the ingredients rava was missing, oops!!! So I replaced it with samba rava or broken wheat. It came out well like a rava dhosa and also even tastier and healthier.
But before adding broken wheat I grinded it into a mixie for making it little powder and then added. If you don’t want to add green chilly replace it with pepper corns. Mostly we eat onion rava dhosa in hotels only, try my recipe and surprise your family.
