Instructions
  1. Cut all vegetables
  2. For masala paste add 2 tbsp fried gram dal to a mixie jar
  3. Add1 tsp fennel seeds
  4. Add 1 tsp khus khus
  5. First grind to powder then add water and grind smoothly keep aside.
  6. In a pan add oil and add all the spices one by one.
  7. Saute the spices for a min in medium flame.
  8. Add curry leaves and onion
  9. Add tomatoes and add the cut tomatoes.
  10. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. Add 1 tsp salt
  12. Add 2 tsp chilly powder
  13. Add 1 tsp coriander powder
  14. Add cut vegetables and 2 glass water and close lid and cook. Cook till veg is done.
  15. Add ground masala paste to the gravy.
  16. Allow to boil for 5 mins
  17. Veg kurma is ready.
