  1. Fruits which I have taken to make fruit custard. Apple, mango, banana,sweet lime, Pear and grapes
    Mixed fruits
  2. Wash all the fruits and cut them finely.
  3. This is the custard powder I used.
  4. I have used some dry fruits cashew and raisins.
  5. Boil milk well.
  6. Take little milk to make custard paste cool it at room temperature. Add 3 tbsp custard powder to the milk and mix well to make paste.
  7. Now add sugar to the boiled milk mix well and add the custard paste little by little and stir well keep it in low flame. We dont like a thick custard so I did little runnier.
  8. Fill a cup or glass with a mixed fruits and pour the custard paste in it.
  9. Top up with little honey if you like and keep it in fridge for 2 hours. We kept overnight and had it in the morning.
  10. Mixed Fruit custard is ready to serve chill.
