Mango Sabudana Kheer
Keep all ingredients ready.
Soak sabudana/ Javarisi in 1 glass luke warm water for half an hour.
Add soaked sabudana in milk with the water used for soaking and allow it to boil.
Add 2 tbsp sugar and boil till melt down.
The sabudana should not be over cooked. Boil until transparent and glossy balls float like this.
Meanwhile roast cashew and raisins keep aside.
Put cut mangoes in a blender and blend it to a smooth paste.
Add roasted cashew and raisins and 1/2 tsp cardamon powder. And cool it down to room temperature.
Once the milk has cooled down add mango paste to it and mix at once well.
Mango Sabudana kheer is ready but it wont tastes that good when had it hot. Chill it down, keep in fridge for 1-2 hours and enjoy the kheer.
See the glossy sabudana is clearly visible.
You can also top up with any dry fruits of your choice. It tastes really awesome.
