Mallidha sweet from my moms kitchen is an excellent dessert with which you can surprise your guests. And also it is oil free dessert as we are going to cook in water. Telling simple knead dough for preparing chapati, make out even sized and flattened and also a small circle by using a cup. The reason for making small flattened dough is when you cook in water it breaks down when you flip or turn over. So to avoid breakage we make small shaped chapati. When you put the flattened chapati inside water it goes underneath it gets cooked and starts floating. Once it floats and comes up it is almost cooked turn other side and cook for a minute. Once done transfer to a plate top-up with grated coconuts and sugar and serve hot. You can just roll it and have a bite. Enjoy this sweet dessert with your family and friends.
