Instant Poondu milgai podi
Instructions
  1. Peel of garlic cloves.
  2. Add it into a mortar and crush it.
  3. Semi crush the garlic cloves. You can also grind if you do not have a mortar.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil in a little kadai.
  5. Take 1 tbsp chilly powder in a bowl.
  6. Add 1/2 tsp salt or as required to the chilly powder.
  7. Once the sesame oil is heated enough switch off the stove.
  8. Add the crushed garlic cloves to the oil.
  9. Now pour the oil with garlic cloves to the chilly powder bowl.
  10. Mix well adjust salt as per your taste.
  11. Poondu milagai podi is ready to serve.
  12. Spicy milagai podi can be served with idly or dosa.
