Fried left over rice | Simple and tasty recipe from leftover rice

Fried rice from the previous day left over rice. Pazhaya Saadham is a natural coolant and it’s good for health. You can have it any form like fried rice or mixing with butter milk and having it in the morning cools your body during summer. Even now people are having this villages. My MIL will prepare this recipe whenever there is a leftover rice from the previous night. And it taste awesome even without a side dish. Try it out and comment me.

Fried left over rice | Simple and tasty recipe from leftover rice
Instructions
  1. In a pan add 1 tsp oil
  2. Add 1 tsp mustard seeds
  3. Add 1 tsp urad dal
  4. Cut onion, green chilly
  5. Add onion and saute
  6. Add 1 tsp salt
  7. Extract water from leftover rice if u had soaked it in water previous night. Or else add as it is.
  8. Add to the kadai
  9. Mix well
  10. Close lid and cook for 2 mins and switch off
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve. If you prefer a side dish pickle would go the best.
