The main objective of preparing this dosa is to consume the flax seed in powder form rather than chewing it. Because chewing flax seed is not much beneficial as taking it in powder form which gives it full benefits to our body in reducing weight. Not only the flax seeds the ingredients added to this dosa everything aids in natural weight loss. Ingredients like ginger, garlic, cumin seeds all have its own nutritional value.
You can have this dosa for breakfast and don’t forget to drink more water and stay hyderated. You can also do any number of modifications to this recipe by adding red chilly instead of green chilly, adding fennel seeds, adding curry leaves and coriander leaves etc.
