Fish Fry | Kezhanga meen varuval

Fish fry which each of us love to have. But the masala and flavor differs from the person who cook. You can feel the rich masala, flavor of fish and the spicy taste in my recipe. I prepared this when my mom, dad and my brother came home. Everyone enjoyed the taste.

Fish Fry
  1. Add ginger, garlic and green chilly grind it to smooth paste.
  2. Extract juice from the paste in a plate.
  3. Add 2 tbsp Chilly powder
  4. Add 3 tsp coriander powder.
  5. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder.
  6. Add 1 tsp salt or as required.
  7. Add 1/2 tsp omam (ajwain)
  8. Just crush omam in your fingers and mix well.
  9. Add 1 tsp pepper powder. As already we added chilly adjust accordingly.
  10. Add 1 tbsp corn flour.
  11. Add juice of half a lemon and mix the paste evenly.
  12. Now take fish one by one apply the prepared masala well and keep it in a plate.
  13. Once complete close it and keep for 1/2 an hour to 1 hour.
  14. After half an hour in a pan pour oil and fry fishes in batches.
  15. Spicy and crispy fish fry is ready.
  16. Kezhanga meen varuval is ready to serve.
