One of my best weight loss recipe is kezhvaragu adai. I learnt this recipe from my MIL. All my family members enjoy eating this. No need of side dish for this adai. As we add drumstick leaves, onion, red chilly, grated carrot we can eat without a side dish. My daughter also likes this dish but we remove red chilies before feeding her. My daughter has started feeding on what we all eat nowadays.

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Finger millet / Kezhvaragu / Raghi Flour
- 1 small Onion / வெங்காயம் chopped
- 1/2 Coconut / தேங்காய் Chopped into small pieces
- 3 Red chilly / சிவப்பு மிளகாய்
- 1 Carrot shredded / துருவிய கேரட்
- 1/2 cup Drumstick Leaves Washed
- 1/2 tsp Salt Or as required

Instructions
- Add 2 cups Ragi flour in a plate, Add Red chilly chopped.
- Add Chopped onion.
- Add grated carrot
- Add drumstick leaves. You can also add curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Add chopped coconut. Add 1/2 tsp salt or as required.
- Add water little by little and knead dough like this.
- Take a plantain leaf or else a flat plate , apply oil to it and flatten out like this by clean hands.
- Grease a tawa with oil and add the flattened adai to it, apply oil all over.
- Turn it other side and cook well. As we added all the ingredients raw. It should cook well.
- Meanwhile prepare the other adai by flattening out.
- Add it to the tawa grease with oil and repeat to finish other adai.
- Hot and healthy Ragi adai is ready to serve.
