One of my best weight loss recipe is kezhvaragu adai. I learnt this recipe from my MIL. All my family members enjoy eating this. No need of side dish for this adai. As we add drumstick leaves, onion, red chilly, grated carrot we can eat without a side dish. My daughter also likes this dish but we remove red chilies before feeding her. My daughter has started feeding on what we all eat nowadays.
