Stuffed Egg paratha

Stuffing chapati takes some practice and time. But the outcome will be really good. You can stuff anything inside chapati like aloo masala, mixed veg and also non veg like mutton keema and it goes on. I have already tried out aloo paratha and it came out very well and now tried with eggs.

Egg Paratha
Instructions
  1. Keep all ingredients ready. Chop onion , green chilly, wash curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  2. Beat egg with all the chopped veg and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp salt.
  3. Prepare dough for making chapati with wheat flour.
  4. Take medium sized ball and flatten it.
  5. Apply oil all over, dust some wheat flour fold it.

  6. Again apply oil in the folded space dust wheat flour and fold it. Now it shapes like a triangle.

  7. Again flatten it like chapati
  8. Place tawa in gas stove place the rolled out chapati and cook.
  9. Once the chapati is half cooked the layers will be separated. Take it with the help of the laddle.
  10. Take some egg mixture in a small bowl and pour it inside the gap.
  11. Spread the mixture with the laddle.
  12. Apply oil and cook on both sides in medium flame.
  13. Stuffed egg paratha is ready to serve. No need of any side dish. Best recipe for lunch box.
