Egg and bell pepper fry | starters of egg and capsicum

Egg bell pepper fry can be served as a starter for your guest. You can also serve this with chapati or any biryani. Egg bell pepper fry has egg cubes in it. I have shown how to make this egg cubes.

My family doesn’t like much of restaurants style of adding many sauces and make the dish a sweet in taste. So I have added only tomato sauce which is more spicy and sour taste rather than sweet. You can also avoid adding tomato sauce it is completely optional.

Egg bell pepper fry also has cabbage in it you can also add vegetables which you add in fried rice like carrots or beans.

Egg bell pepper fry
Instructions
  1. Chopped all vegetables finely capsicum, cabbage,ginger, garlic.
  2. Take a container grease fully with oil. Break 10 eggs and pour it inside.
  3. Add 1 tsp salt.
  4. Add 1 tsp oil.
  5. Whisk everything well .keep it in a idly cooker and cook for 20 - 30 minutes.
  6. After 20 minutes check with a knife whether it's cooked.
  7. Cut into cubes and transfer to plate.
  8. For making fry. Take a pan pre-heat. Add 2 tsp oil.
  9. Add 1 chopped onion.
  10. Add few curry leaves.
  11. Add ginger and garlic chopped.
  12. Add 1 chopped capsicum.
  13. Stir well in high flame for 2 mins so that capsicum gets cooked.
  14. Add 1/2 chopped cabbage.
  15. Stir well in high flame for 2 mins
  16. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
  17. Add 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  18. Add 1/2 tsp crushed ajwain or omam
  19. Add 1/3 tbsp chilly powder
  20. Add 1 tsp pepper powder.
  21. Add 2 tsp tomato sauce
  22. Add cooked egg cubes now.
  23. Stir well till the masala combines
  24. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
