Easy pepper chicken

This pepper chicken is easy and quick way of cooking and serving it with sambhar rice or rasam rice is a good option.

Easy pepper chicken
Instructions
  1. Chop 1 onion, prepare ginger garlic paste.
  2. Add chicken to a pan and allow to boil. Chicken. Leaves some water do not add water.
  3. In earthen clay pot kadai add 2 tbsp oil.
  4. Add 1 TSP cumin seeds and 1 TSP fennel seeds
  5. Add curry leaves
  6. Add chopped onion and saute well.
  7. Add 2 green chilly cut lengthwise.
  8. Add 2 TSP ginger garlic paste and saute well till the raw smell goes off.
  9. Add boiled chicken and stir well.
  10. Add 1 tbsp pepper powder
  11. As chicken is already cooked just roast for 5 mins in medium flame. If you cook longer chicken will become dry.
  12. Pepper chicken is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves.
