No one likes beetroot sorry sorry I don’t like beetroot the only way my mom feed me and my brother is halwa. Yes tasty, sweety beetroot halwa. I did this with boiled milk and sugar with the flavor of cardamom and toppings with dry fruits it tastes heavenly.

This dish is mainly given for lactating moms during the first weeks of pregnancy as the beetroot is excellent veg that boosts breast milk in lactating moms. Milk which is added in this recipe also produces healthy breast milk. Many dry fruits are added to this dessert to make it even more rich. Cashew, almonds, raisins have their own health benefits. The main thing is the raisins which is rich in iron and calcium which is needed by the mom to recover from illness post delivery.
