Easy and quick chicken gravy

How to cook 1 kg chicken gravy easy and fast. When your guest has arrived and you need to cook fast to feed them try this way around. This chicken gravy can be served with chapati , idli, dhosa or rice. It came out very well and served 8 people with chapati

Easy and quick chicken gravy for chapati
Instructions
  1. Make onion paste with three onions. Make ginger garlic paste with 1 and 1/2 inch ginger and 10 - 12 garlic cloves.
  2. Cut 8 tomatoes.
  3. Clean chicken with turmeric and lemon juice and keep aside.
  4. In a heavy bottomed pan add 2 tbsp sesame oil. Add onion paste and saute till onion seperates.
  5. Add bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves and curry leaves saute well.
  6. Add tomatoes and add 1 tbsp salt.
  7. Add 1/2 TSP turmeric powder
  8. Add 2 tbsp chilly powder.
  9. Add 3 TSP coriander powder.
  10. And saute well till masala is binded well.
  11. Add cleaned chicken to the gravy.
  12. Add 2 glass water to the gravy.
  13. If you want thick gravy add only 1 glass water.
  14. Boil till chicken gets cooked.
  15. Check for spiciness and salt and adjust accordingly. Do not add chilly powder now if spice level is less add pepper powder instead.
  16. Hot spicy and quick chicken gravy is ready
  17. Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves. It can be taken with idli , dhosa or chapati.
  18. Easy chicken gravy is ready to serve.
