Usually I prepare biriyani by dum method only because am afraid of doing in pressure cooker. In pressure cooker mostly the rice underneath will get burnt or the rice will become mushy most times or the rice will not cook properly so I prepare gravy separately and cook rice and put dum. But once I practised pressure cooker method it became easy now. While preparing dum biriyani I ask help from my husband now he is happy as myself prepare in cooker. Now he jus enjoy eating it and commenting.
