Cheesy mushroom wrap with dhosa cheese and mushroom gravy. Tried this the first time and came fantastic. Wrap is usually done with chapati but I tried with dhosa with applied cheese and topped mushroom gravy. The mushroom gravy is spicy. You can have this without any side dish also. And I served with home made tomato chutney and green chutney. My hubby came home late and this Saturday is holiday for me. So I tried this evening. My hubby was surprised by this dish and was very happy. Check out my method of doing.

- 1 Kg Dosa batter From bigbasket.com
- 200 Gms Milky mushroom From bigbasket.com
- 25-30 Shallots / சிறிய வெங்காயம்
- 3 Tomatoes / தக்காளி Chopped
- 2 Green Chilly / பச்சை மிளகாய்
- 2 Tbsp Ginger garlic pasye
- 1 Tsp Chilly Powder / மிளகாய் தூள்
- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder / மல்லித்தூள்
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder / சீரகத் தூள்
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்
- 1/2 Tsp Ajwain
- 2-3 Bay Leaves / பிரியாணி இலைகள்
- 1 Cinnamon
- 2 Cloves
- 2 Black Stone flower/ Kalpasi
- Curry Leaves / கறிவேப்பிலை
- Coriander Leaves / கொத்துமல்லி தழை
- 1 Tsp Curd / தயிர்

Instructions
- Fresho idly dosa batter. Milky mushroom from bigbasket.com
- Milky mushroom.
- Cut mushroom finely.
- Chop onion, tomatoes, prepare ginger garlic paste, clean curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- In a pan add 2 tbsp oil.
- Add 1 TSP cumin seeds.
- Add 1 TSP fennel seeds.
- Add shallots and saute well.
- Add curry leaves.
- Add bay leaves.
- Add cinnamon.
- Add cloves
- Add black stone flower.
- Add green chilly.
- Add chopped tomatoes.
- Add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
- Add 1 chilly powder.
- Add 1 TSP coriander powder
- Add 1/2 TSP turmeric powder.
- Add 1/2 TSP cumin powder.
- Add 1 TSP salt.
- Add chopped mushroom saute well. It leaves some water.
- Add 1 TSP curd. Mix well and cook.
- Mushroom will be cooked soon. Add coriander leaves and keep aside.
- For preparing dhosa. Place tawa on stove.
- Pour a laddle full of batter.
- Flatten oval shape.
- Apply oil all over.
- Add cut cheese all around.
- Spread mushroom gravy above dhosa.
- Spread all over.
- Apply cheese again.
- Gently press.
- Cover and cook for 2 mins.
- Once done transfer to plate.
- Roll dhosa from one end to other tightly.
- Serve with home made tomato chutney and green chutney

- Cut into halves and serve hot.
