Chapati mixed veg roll – This may be your kids favorite dish. With the stuffed veggies it is highly nourishous. If your kid is not having enough veggies try this out they love the taste with the tomato sauce. Stuffed chapati roll is a wonderful idea for your kids lunch box and yours too at office. Easy to make and love to eat it. Stuffed chapati roll has four veggies included, carrots, beans, potatoes and capsicum. You can also add vegetables of your choice.

Chapati Veg Roll
  1. Chop all veggies 1 carrot, 15-20 fresh beans, 1/2 capsicum, and onion.
  2. Boil potatoes in cooker for 3 whistles and mash it.
  3. In a pan add 2 tsp oil.
  4. Add cumin seeds.
  5. Add chopped onion and saute till transparent
  6. Add chopped beans and fry in high flame till it becomes soft.
  7. Add capsicum and saute well.
  8. Add grated carrots and saute till it changes color.
  9. Add curry leaves
  10. Add mashed potatoes.
  11. Add pepper powder and mix well till it combines well. You can also add chilly powder.
  12. Add coriander leaves now.
  13. Add 1 tsp salt and stir continously.
  14. The stuffing masala is ready now.
  15. Prepare chapati or leftover chapati. Apply tomato sauce all over.
  16. If you do not like tomato sauce you can skip this step.
  17. Take a ball of the masala prepared.
  18. Roll in between your palms in a cylindrical shape.
  19. Place the masala on the chapati. Fold chapati from down once.
  20. Now fold from the left side.
  21. And roll to the other side.
  22. Just press so that stuffing comes out till the top of the chapati. Your kids wrap is ready the masala wont come down now.
  23. Chapati veg roll is ready to serve. Apply tomato sauce on top to tempt your kids to have a bite.
