Ingredients
- 2 Cups Cooked rice
- 3 Carrots Grated
- 1 Onion / வெங்காயம் Finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Jeera seeds
- 3 Red chilly / சிவப்பு மிளகாய் Chopped
- 2 Tsp Salt
- Few Curry leaves and coriander leaves

Instructions
- Cook rice 2 cups and cool down completely
- Grated 2-3 carrots, chop 1 onion
- In a heavy bottomed vessel add 2 tbsp oil
- Add 1 tsp jeera seeds
- Add chopped onion
- Clean and keep fresh curry leaves
- Add curry leaves and 3 chopped red chilly
- Add grated carrots
- Mix well and saute till raw smell goes off
- Add 1 tsp salt
- Mix till salt combines well
- Add cooked rice and mix gently
- Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
