Yesterday night while returning from office me and my hubby went to shopping in super market, I saw this packet of broken corn over there. I immediately decided to do this mixed veg corn upma the next day morning. I tried out the first time and came out very well. And surfing on today got to know the amazing benefits of corn. It is not only a diabetic friendly dish, it lowers ldl cholesterol, improves vision, good for digestion, prevents anemia, if eaten more often you can gain weight those who are struggling to put on weight can eat this regularly.
